Seven diamonds inlaid in 14k white gold accent each earring (14 in total) there is also a beautiful and perfect real Ruby cabochon. On the top arm are three of the diamonds, attached is the coin and surround which is on a hinge so it sways slightly with every turn of the head - very eye catching!
