On either side of the coin there are 3 small diamonds (6 in total) set into white gold with two Ruby cabochons accenting (4 in total). The center pendant measures 1.29 inches in diameter, the coin itself 28.4mm. From end to end the necklace is approx 18 inches - it fits larger 19.5 inch due to the V in the center.
