1853 one dollar gold coin. Can read all of LIBERTY on headband on obverse. Photograde appears to be FINE.
Reverse is worn in center around legend and date. Photograde appears to be GOOD. Wt = 1.65 gm. Mint standard weight: 1.67 +/- 0.16 gm.
Under a microscope, I can see where it had been probably part of jewelry piece with a fine point of solder at 1230 on the obverse rim. This is shown in the attached images.
